Thank you for reserving a Namu dwelling unit (the “Product”) from issho, Inc. (“issho”). By placing your reservation, you are participating in the evolution of sustainable and innovative housing solutions.

By placing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that your contact information will be added to our marketing communications list. Additionally, any personal data you provide in connection with your reservation may be stored and used by issho in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data may be used to keep you informed about our products, services, promotions, and other updates related to your reservation. If you wish to opt out of these communications at any time, you may do so by following the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting our customer service team.
Summary of Reservation Terms
You agree to make a reservation payment of $500 and agree to the Reservation Terms below. Your reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of issho.
Reservations will be fulfilled in an order based on a variety of factors, including when you placed your order, your location, the edition or options selected, and whether you have priority access due to investment amount or referral credits.
You will be able to complete your configuration and execute a purchase agreement when we set delivery dates for your configuration in your market.
You may cancel your reservation at any time and for any reason. You will then receive a full refund of your $500 reservation payment within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Reservation Terms
Please read these terms and conditions (“Reservation Terms”) carefully before submitting your reservation for a Namu dwelling unit. By submitting a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Submitting a Reservation
To submit a reservation to issho, you must (1) fill out our online reservation form and agree to these Reservation Terms, and (2) submit your reservation payment of $500. Each reservation you submit for a Product constitutes an offer to purchase that Product.
Acceptance of Reservation
Reservations are subject to issho’s acceptance at its sole discretion. issho will send you an email to confirm whether your reservation has been accepted or rejected. If issho does not accept your reservation, we will issue a full refund of your reservation payment immediately. Upon acceptance of your reservation, you and issho are bound by these Reservation Terms. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to reserve the Product. If you are reserving on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Reservation Terms.
Payment
To be eligible for reservation acceptance, you must pay the reservation amount through any payment method designated on our website. Payment does not guarantee acceptance of your reservation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time before executing a purchase agreement. If you cancel your reservation, your sole and exclusive remedy is a full refund of your reservation payment. issho will issue this refund within 30 days of cancellation. issho may also cancel your reservation at any time and for any reason before a purchase agreement is executed, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Taxes and Related Fees
You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other related charges. If you determine that taxes make your reservation untenable, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 30 days.
Shipping and Delays
You are reserving a product that has not yet been manufactured. Delivery timeframes may be affected by product development setbacks, manufacturing schedules, and the acceptance date of your reservation. Before delivery, issho will notify you to place a final order and enter into a purchase agreement. If delays or costs become prohibitive, your sole remedy will be to receive a full refund of your reservation payment within 30 days.
Intellectual Property Ownership
You acknowledge that issho and its licensors own and retain all rights, title, and interest in all worldwide intellectual property associated with the Product, including copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks. You will have no rights in any of the foregoing.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold issho harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from (i) the cancellation of a reservation by issho (except for the obligation to return the reservation payment), (ii) your installation of the Product, (iii) any breach of these Reservation Terms, or (iv) any actions or omissions by you or your representatives.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ISSHO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ISSHO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES TO YOU.
Privacy

Modification of These Reservation Terms
We reserve the right to update these Reservation Terms at any time. If changes materially modify your rights, we will notify you. You must accept the updated terms for your reservation to remain valid.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Reservation Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding its conflict-of-law principles.
Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules. Arbitration shall take place in Glenwood Springs, CO, and shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
Transfer of Rights
Your reservation is not transferable without the prior written consent of issho.
Entire Agreement
These Reservation Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your reservation.
